Terms & Conditions for HolidayMart

  1. Fare is not guaranteed until ticketed and may change without prior notice.
  2. If the fare booked is not available at the time of ticket issuance, our team will provide you with best available alternate options. You have complete authority to either cancel the reservation free of cost or select a new option at lower, same, or higher price.
  3. After realization of full payment, we will issue your ticket(s) within next 4 hours and your tickets will be emailed to you.
  4. In case of credit card decline, we will inform you via email/phone. It is customer's responsibility to speak to the bank and get the issue resolved.
  5. Name changes are not permitted. If there is any error on ticket, it needs to be reported on the same day when tickets are issued. Later it cannot be refunded or modified
  6. Cancellation and changes are subject to airlines penalties, whereas some tickets though being non-refundable still could be reused later. Partially used tickets, NO shows are non-refundable completely.
  7. Refund time frame may vary from airline to airline. Usually we recommend our customers a time of 10-12 weeks for the refund amount to reflect into your account. Refund can only be processed to the original form of payment.
  8. The validity of an airline ticket is usually one year from the date of issuance. But different airlines might have different policies. You need to check with airlines help desk for such information.
  9. Domestic travel refers to any travel that happens within 50 United States. Apart from these 50 states, any travel is considered as International travel. We recommend that you check-in 2 hours prior to departure for domestic travel and 3 hours in case of international travel.
  10. Infant is defined as a travel who is less than 24 months in age till the time travel ends, else child fares are applicable.
  11. You need to appear at the correct airline counter if the flight is operated by a code share partner.
  12. For unaccompanied minor bookings, it is advised you to check the airline policy well in advance. We are also here to help you with all information needed.
  13. It is your responsibility to check all details on your travel documents. They need to be correct and in case of any errors, it has to be reported to us immediately. If you are travelling to a different country, please ensure you have a valid VISA for the country you are travelling to and the countries in transit (if applicable). holidaymartt.com cannot take responsibility if airline reschedules, and/or cancels, and/or delays the flight for any reason.

We are always here to help our customers, 24*7, for rearrangements, only if the passenger has not checked in for the first flight segment. After boarding, it’s the airline's responsibility to assist you till you reach your destination, or to many any further amendments. Any fee for modifications or air reschedules, has to be completely born by the passenger and has to be directly paid to the airline.
